Business process outsourcing (BPO) is a form of outsourcing that involves the contracting of the operations and responsibilities of a specific business functions (or processes) to a third-party service provider.

 

Blue Tree provides this service to our clients.  The form which this service is presented in, is defined according to the clients needs.  The method and process of determining has often been driven through the result of Blue Tree IT practices and includes many aspects.

 

Currently Blue Tree provides BPO services for:

Financial services - including, sales and marketing, system management, anti-fraud, compliance and verification.

IT - full services support for the IT function, in additon to the environment management, user training and MIS services.

Call centre - outbound and inbound call centre.

 

The BPO initiative is a growing initiative and is supported by various government and not for rofit organisations in South Africa and Gauteng specifically - see GEDA (http://www.geda.co.za).  As these services are growing Blue Tree is in a position to provide these services to many different organisations.
